All work will be assessed by a Napit Approved Electrician and you will be provided with a fixed written quotation.

*Please note - The safety of any alteration or addition to your electrical system however minor depends on your current earthing and bonding arrangement, (as does the safety of your existing installation). Before making any alteration or additions our Napit Approved Electrician will be required to check whether your existing earthing and bonding system complies with current saftey regulations.

Home Buyer Survey - £60 + VAT

Periodic Inspection & Testing - £100 + VAT *upto 8 circuits

Visual Condition Electrical Report - £60 + VAT

Napit assessed and TrustMark Approved our electrician will be able to provide a 6 year guarantee for most work
